Owners
Shanna and Travis Hernandez opened All Things New to help their clients feel as loved as they are. A decade later, they’ve been recognized nationally as industry leaders, mentored dozens of stylists, and cultivated an extraordinarily uplifting salon atmosphere.
Shanna has been a hairdresser for over twenty years (since she was eighteen!). She’s now passionately raising up the next generation of stylists. And if you’ve ever stepped into the All Things New space and been wowed, you should know that Travis is the man behind the incredible design.
Together, their expansive mindset, creativity, and huge hearts infuse every last detail at All Things New.
In support of the elevated experience, amenities, and ongoing investments that make All Things New unique, a 4% Guest Experience Rate is applied to all services.

Amber is devoted to providing extraordinary service for every guest—so much so that she trains every member of our team on the ATN experience! Amber is a generational hairstylist, in the sense that she serves the daughter, the mother, and the grandmother from many families. Outside the salon, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new places, and writing poetry.

Hair Extensions & Microlines by Hair Dreams Specialist, Hair Loss Solutions & Level 4 Stylist
Megan has been a hair stylist since 2017. She’s certified in Hair Dreams Microlines, a revolutionary service for anyone dealing with hair loss, thinning, or balding. Megan loves spending time with her loved ones, especially her dogs, Nova and Stella. In her spare time, she enjoys audiobooks, pizza, handmade crafts, and camping.

Ella loves to make our clients feel their absolute best. She’s a great listener who’s always forming genuine connections while providing a relaxing experience. She spends her time outside of the salon growing her faith in the Lord, traveling to new places, and hanging out with her family and friends—including her dog, Rufus!
