Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens! To respect the time of our team and other guests, we kindly ask for any appointment changes or cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you reschedule your appointment to a later date or time within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, a 50% fee of the original service will apply.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments cannot be reserved until that balance is resolved.
